Buying data add on and receive data

Hey everyone,

Just posting again because I really need some data right now. I was on a no-data plan and totally forgot to switch it before the billing date, so I can’t get data gifted to me. (I just joined last month so no idea about all of these) If I buy a data add-on now, will I be able to receive data gifts from others?

no the addons doesn’t count for receiving data gift, you need to have a plan with data in order to be able to receive a gift from other members.

For this month you need to buy the addons in order to be able to use the data till you modify your plan and wait the next billing cycle.
