Wrong data usage found in 26 Nov 2024
Can someone help clarify this? I noticed an issue with the data usage on my account. I activated my account on the evening of the 26th and inserted the SIM card on the 27th. My plan includes 3 GB of data for the month. However, I was notified that my data was fully used by 6 PM on the 28th of November. This seems unusual because I usually stay at home and use Wi-Fi. How could this happen?

Did you check the data usage in your phone? Probably some configuration/lost of wifi force the phone using the data and some update used the data

You can go check in your phone parameters in connections then data usage it should tell you what used all your data.

Not sure where are you checking, but sometimes data usage is shown wrong on your Fizz account.

does your fizz account show all of the data is used up or is the notification from your phone?
