Why am I charged for $5.65? What is it and how can I cancel it and get the refund? And How can I stop it happening again? Thanks.

    5.65 is the equivalent of 5.00 plus 13%.

    Did you order a SIM card online? If so, could this be the five dollar plus taxes of 13%?
