I am traveling to Jamaica in December, what do most people to when traveling out of Canada and usa

    Sometime I buy a local SIM, or buy a travel addon for the data if I don't have the wifi and I move a lot around.

    Otherwise, I will use the wifi and app like fongo, textnow, message, etc

    Another option is a data only eSIM from Airalo or FlexiRoam.
    However is the Fizz data planning reasonable price, I prefer to use Fizz.

    I use Fizz but sometimes for longer period i used a sim card from the country. I also used Whatsapp to communicate with family and friends

    So I'm going for 7 days with my family I guess we can just get a travel data and just use WhatsApp that sounds good can you make phone calls and WhatsApp
