Why isn't my discount applied even after activating my sim??

I literally just bought the galaxy s4FE because it had a really nice bundle of 80% off since it's black friday. I followed all the steps correctly, including the notice of the discount being applied AFTER I activate my sim and plan but it never happened!! So now I have a sum of $1200+ for a phone on affirm which wasn't the immediate price AGAIN because of the bundle that I assumed and like they said would be automatically applied once I made said purchase but even after waiting the entire evening to see if they would apply my "$8 a month " it never showed up on my in my email or my account. But you know what did show up? The regular rated fees for the mobile plan!! That immediately charged my card but yet again NO DISCOUNT. I thought fizz was good but now I'm feeling scammed and plan to invoke my 15 day policy for this expensive phone. I feel lied to, you may lose my service too.

    read the offer again. it is 80% off the monthly phone plan if you buy a phone. the default offer discounts a $40 for 80GB plan down to $8 for 80GB. go check your account and then plan and see what price you are paying for the plan vs what is being displayed under the fizz plans without the discount. if you still think there is a discrepancy, contact support.

    The 80% is on your plan, so your plan is at 8$ + the price of the phone per month.

    The new amount is charged on the second invoice normally.
