Buy phone doesnt work, click Next button, page loading indefinitely
Trying to buy phone "Samsung S24 FE" for the 80% rebate, when progressing through the steps I cannot complete the transaction, it seems a problem on Fizz side or with my account since I tried from three different computer/browsers private mode, cleaned cookies/history. Anyone has this isssue and how to solve it, Quick its Black Friday !!

They seem to be in stock so I dont know why it doesnt work. You can contact customer support they will help you.

they were not able to help , they opened a support ticket now waiting for two days with no output from them. I eventually retried to work around the bug in their website backend. Im a bit disappointed about their Quality Assurance for the web site, its not the first time this kind of issue exist and its happening at critical time during promotions. All support can do is request customer to clean their browser history and cookies and try in private mode, thats because their backend code is bad.0

It's a shame that you tried with 3 different computers but it still didn't work
Access to the site is definitely something Fizz will need to improve in the short term

I noticed that it worked better with Firefox in private mode. With PC!
