Wifi usage makes partner calculation look poor - turning off wifi seems a poor solution

I was issued Ticket , for more than 50% partner usage. we have low home network data usage because we use wifi but need partner on weekends occasionally, this makes the 50% partner usage high compared to home area usage . If i turn off the wifi usage i can make the calculation look better, but that seems like a poor solution ... Any other ways to get around this?

    Hi @pgw

As noted in the link posted by @Oli 64JKA , they reserve the right to interrupt or block after three consecutive payment periods when the majority of use is not on the Fizz network.

Users like us don’t typically know how these calculations are made. Is it majority of data used (ie you only used 3 GB of your 50 GB plan, but 2GB was on a partner network) or majority of data allotment used? If it is the latter, perhaps buying a plan with more data would help.

The only way to know for sure is to contact Fizz support.

    Cheers,

    Brad

Unfortunately, I think there's no way around this. Sorry…

Or increase the FIZZ data use ... as turning off wifi will do
