What happens if my monthly payment is less then Refferal code reward?

Hi, my monthly payment is just 7$, as I use rewards for my data, and wallet for my callings/messages.
About 3 months ago, my friend started to use Fizz, and he used my referral code. Now we both got 35$ reduce for the next payment (it was this month's payment).
When I checked my transaction history, it was 0$ that I paid for this month. That's really nice ^^ but my question is, I have 35$ reduce in total, so will I also have reduce on my next months?

No, you used 7$ the 911 fees (if you have some province they don't), next month you will get it free too, till you used up all the 35$, and if they will not cover all the payment, you will pay the different, the taxes will be applied only on the part that you pay
