how do I unblock a device on the app? I mistakenly blocked my laptop on the app and cannot access my home internet connection

If possible, try using a different connection method, like switching to Ethernet if you have Wi-Fi disabled, or vice versa. Alternatively, you can use your phone by connecting to the modem. Open a browser on your phone, connect to the Wi-Fi, and go to the address 192.168.0.1. Use these credentials to log in:

Username: cusadmin
Password: the Wi-Fi password

If none of these options work, you can reset the modem by pressing the button on the back for 10 seconds (though this is a more drastic step), you need to reconfigure the modem as the first day

not sure about the app but you can always plug your laptop to the modem with ethernet and access it and change the settings

Go to app...my devices and on the upper right you can see phone symbol,click on it and deblock any device you want
