Going to the US question

Hey guys, so I'm going to the US next month. Do I add the travel add-ons now? Or do I add them next month like a few days before I travel. I'm just placed confused because Fizz is a prepaid service.

    Hi

    The travel addon is valid till the end of the next billing cycle, for example if your billing cycle it is the 5 of November and you buy now, it will expire on dec 5th

    If you plan to buy a voice travel add on, please check that your phone is VoLTE certified by Fizz https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices

    How long does it take to activate an Add-On? How long does it last?

    Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.

     

    In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days.
