I've just entered my second month of mobile service and received a 500MB upgrade for reaching level 2 however when I try to load it nothing happens. I have an active 250MB upgrade already in use and when I select "Apply" to the new 500MB offer the 250MB tile just wiggles a bit but the new offer doesn't appear as active. So, do I need to remove the 250MB in order to receive the 500MB?
As I'm writing this it seems more and more obvious that this is what I need to do...

you have to do swap once it wiggles

if you do remove, you need 2 month to get it to 500 mb as itll take 1 cycle to remove then another cycle to add new one
