Adding Upgrades takes too long
Is it just me, or does it take 2 whole billing cycles to change perks? I don't know if it's the timing, but when I got to a new level and wanted to change out my perks for better ones, when I removed one it says "Pending removal" till the end of the billing cycle, and I can't add the new one till it's removed. Then when I go to add the new one, it says "Pending Activation" till the end of the next billing cycle. Is there any way to speed up that process? Do I need to do it right on the day my cycle starts? Thanks!

That makes sense! Wish I'd tried that before, it sucks to wait so long for the new perk to activate…..oh well.

- If you select a slot where there’s already another upgrade, we’ll ask you to confirm the swap. If you accept, the new upgrade will be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle.
- Some slots are locked and cannot welcome an upgrade yet. You’ll unlock these slots when you reach higher My Rewards levels

You need to click on perk you want to add and it will ask you if you want to swap it.
