Expanding to Vancouver Island
I have a Victoria phone number, and was able to transfer it to Fizz. My wife who is also from Vancouver Island has a Courtney number, which is apparently outside their service area, so I can't port the number over. Any ideas if there are plans to expand the service area? I'd love to transition her to Fizz as well.

If you are concurrently living in the subscription area you should be able to port her phone number. You can check if your adresse is in the subsribtion area and if it is you can try to contact the support team to see if they are manualy do it.

We are living in the subscription area, but it didn't want to port her number over due to the area code belonging to a community outside the subscription area. However, it looks like Fizz has now added Courtney to their subscription area, so I'll be porting her over very soon!
