Fizz LTE compatible with pixel watch 3

I want to buy a pixel watch 3 LTE but on their website it mentions that it's only compatible with other providers. I want to know if it's just not up to date or if Fizz really isn't compatible before I buy.

    At the moment, you cannot use it because Fizz doesn't offer an eSIM. However, you can use it by sharing Wi-Fi from your phone, though I don't think that's what you're looking for.
