Ping to internet seems to be blocked

Hello, I have noticed that ping to internet is not working (see attached print-screen). Internet browsing works fine, just ICMP not working. I have restarted the router but still having the same problem. FYI, I am located in Montreal region. Thanks in advance for your help.

Usually ISPs are not blocking ping/icmp. Check your local firewall first.

Did you try different remote host? A lot of servers they block the ICMP

Hi, your print is not working. But try this to see if it passes:
In the command prompt put ping google.ca

Did you restart your computer and the modem at the same time? Maybe it will work!

Issue got fixed by changing the Firewall Level from Typical to Minimum. Thanks all for your feedback.
