I think the reason goolge messages creates a 2nd message when receiving texts from an apple phone is bcuz the apple user isn't using rcs or doesn't have it

    This is strange the RCS was enabled sometime ago in Android phone with Fizz and this is the first time that someone report it.

    The problem seems to be somewhere else, is the second message the same? When do you receive it are you in a place with low signal?
