Mobile network quickly disconnecting and reconnecting while driving.
Hey everyone,
So I joined Fizz earlier this week. So far I'm happy with it. First couple days i didn't have any issues. Then the last 2 days I noticed while I was driving to work, my mobile network would cut out and then re-connect. Just long enough spotify would skip for half a second. I can watch the reception bars go to 0, and then come right back. I'm assuming it's switching cellular towers once one gets out of range. But it's odd that it's not a seamless transition.
I use an android. I have "network operators" set to "select automatically". Should I manually select fizz or fizz EXT instead?

Hi @briangcb
Probably you have a poor signal in that zone, like you said the operation should be seamless, it can be a temporary problem. Did you try to turn off and on the phone, or you can always try to reset the network settings (this will erase the wifi and bluetooth configuration too)
You can always contact the support to let them know the exact spot,
, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.0
