If I switch from my current provider to Fizz for internet do they have to change the outside cable

    Hi, it's not the same cable because your current provider is optical and Fizz is the ^coaxial cable. (Videotron cable) So if you have a cable input possible that the cable is good otherwise or if problem they will fix it for you.
