Hello,
Reaching out for recommendations as the last resource before changing to a different internet provider, did anyone have problems when trying to upgrade their Fizz internet plan? - Please, see the details below.

This is the second time in a row that Fizz fails to upgrade my internet plan.
1st attempt:
I placed the original request from their "app" and even got the confirmation email with the instructions on how the transition should happen.
The transition date arrives and no upgrade is applied. We waited a couple of days before contacting tech support, and when we did, they confirmed the upgrade request had failed on the system, and opened a ticket to fix the issue. - This was more than 2 weeks after the request was placed.
2nd attempt:
The exchange with customer/tech support, and the ticket suggested "solution" was for me to place another plan upgrade request, and so I did (confirmation email received, again). For obvious reasons, I didn't want to take any risk, and reached out to customer support to make sure the request was well received this time, they confirmed it was.
Now, we needed to wait another month for the change to take effect; that's another month of cutting-off in meetings and having to close the camera because the image was too "laggy", or out of synch with the sound.
A few days before the new plan taking effect, Fizz sent me an email announcing the upcoming payment and new plan.
When the contract update date arrived, we checked again, and my plan remains the same.

I'm now trying, in vain, to reach out to customer support. It seems they have put the system under maintenance and none of the services are available. - I'm also disappointed that I didn't received any notice of the system maintenance/unavailability.

Thanks for any recommendation about what to do, and sorry for the rant.
