    When you sign up you just need to choose to keep your existing number. You will need either your account number with your old provider or your IMEI number.

    Make sure that your account is still active with your old provider.

    Keep your old provider's SIM card in your phone. You will get a text from them to confirm the number transfer. Answer "YES".

    You can then put the Fizz SIM card in your phone.

    The transfer can then take up to 2 hours.
