I want to switch back to fizz but I have some questions about linked accounts

My wife and I used to be with fizz, starting from when they were still in beta, then we switched to another provider last year because they had a better Canada US deal. Now fizz has the better deal again, and I actually had way better reception with fizz than I do now with the other provider.

I would like to switch back, but last time I was with fizz, I had a linked account with my wife, and it was all messed up with her number against my name and vice versa, and she somehow ended up as the administrator or something like that. Anyways, I'd like to switch both of us back, but just have completely separate accounts from each other. Is this possible using our previous accounts with fizz (to which I'm currently logged in)? Or do I need to try to set up whole new accounts for both my wife and I?

Thanks.

you can probably use the old account for 1 number and then open a new account for the other number. if you do it before today ends, you can use your referral code for $40 still on the new account

yes you can use the old account to port one number and open a new one for your wifi

However keep in mind that Fizz is suppose to use freedom as preferred network outside Quebec, and it will be use the other operator only if other providers are not present

But consider opening a new account for the both number in this way you can get the referral credit on the first taking a random referral and for the second using the referral of the first one

If you still have the SIM cards and they have a red thunder on it you can use them

Finally for the Canada/USA plan be sure that the phones are volte certified by Fizz

Yes 😉 you can use an old account and the free Internet if you get perks on this account.

Thanks for the replies. If I create a new account can I still use the same phone number as before? Won't the fizz system or whatever see that it's the same phone number from before? We can't change our phone numbers.
