How to cancel or put account on hold?

Hello,

I was understanding that fizz was like a prepay cell phone. I've paid the current month but I want to get out now.

So I went and found the unsubscribe button under my plan. I'm supposing the phone will work till my current month/payment runs out.

If I ever want to get another plan will it work with the same sim card that's already in the phone? Can I just keep reusing the same sim in the event that I get another plan?

    Hi @inventorArtist

    This depends, if you close in the first 15 days this is considered a trial period, therefore, if you don't have used more than 50% of your plan, this will be refund and the plan closed right away.

    If you are not on the first month or more than 15 days, your plan will be closed at the end of the billing cycle

    After then plan is closed, you can reuse the SIM, but only when the plan is closed
