What do I do? - Moving
I recently got hooked up with Fizz. I am now moving to a different address that is in their service area. How do I update my address? I tried doing it myself but they are asking me to schedule an appointment with a technician. Which I don’t need because I set up the box myself when I moved in and plan to do the same where I go. I just need to change my billing address and update my contact info.

Easy follow the moving procedure
This is the procedure and you need to follow, however, bring your modem you don't need to wait the tech in order to install, but the tech should coe to check the line
