I am outside and cannot test it right now, but sometime is taking couples of hours in order to the app to get the information when you subscribe.

I waited several hours but still no data.
After chatting with the technical team they advised cancelling my TV subscription and then resubscribing. I have unsubscribed but unfortunately when I try to resubscribe it tells me I am blocked. I have ticket and the team is working on the issue.0
