Internet plan change
Hi, I opened a ticket but have not gotten a response. So I’m trying my luck here.
Is it possible to change my internet plan to from 30 Mbps to 100MBps right away, instead of waiting for the next cycle (9 Sep) in my case. I just changed it today but would like it to be effective now, as I need the upgraded speed. I understand if activated now, the monthly bill will be pro rated. Thanks.

Unfortunately no, you have to wait until the next billing cycle starts.
Changes take effect at the start of your next payment cycle.
