Hi. I ordered my Sim Card on the 31st of August. The Fizz Website says I should receive it within 2-5 business days. I still haven't received it. I was wondering if this is normal. It's more than 7 business days.

Depending on where you live, it might be more convenient to buy the SIM card at a store.

But to answer your question, no, that is not normal, but from time to time, customers do report not receiving their SIM card in a timely fashion.
