Upgrade Slots Gone?
I am Level 2 with a mobile plan but last month my upgrade slots disappeared. It still shows me that I have upgrades available to be added (500mb and 250mb) but when I select them it only gives me the option to "Create My Plan" even though I already have an existing one.
I have mobile data activated and everything else seems to be working fine for my plan except this. I checked the page on desktop and mobile web browser and both do not show the upgrade slots.
Was hoping it would appear this month in my new cycle but it's still not there.

If you have an active plan you should see it, try again with a browser in private mode, but I believe that you should check with the support,
, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.0

Just want to give an update here for anyone with the same issues. I was told by support that this happened because I had previously given another user permission to access my account. I was then able to fix this by going to My Plan > Manage Plan > Change Permissions and removing that other user.
Now all my upgrade slots have appeared again.

Let me know if it works, I can look into it further. I was thinking it may be a browser compatibility issue.
