Moving - Address Cannot be Found

I am currently with Fizz in Quebec. I am going to be moving to Alexandria, Ontario in a few days and tried to update my address. The website cannot find it because it is using Canada Post data base. Canada Post does not deliver mail physically to my new address, so I have a PO Box as a mailing address...the joys of rural life.
Attempting to input my PO Box didn't work because Fizz does not accept this, yet they cannot find my physical address either.
So are my options to cancel? There does not seem to be a human I can speak with and your chatbot is super unhelpful.
Basically, how can I change my address and plan from Quebec to Ontario? I am covered by Fizz in Alexandria, so it's funny it won't even recognize any residential address in the area.

try open the chat window then type agent to get someone you can chat with. it might take some time connect with someone (from minutes to hours). but i believe fizz does not allow activation using a po box so it might not like changing an address to a po box either. the other question i have is, can't you just use your current plan in ontario if it is canada wide plan without changing the address?

You should contact the support, since the option is also blocked, people they used to change the address to get the lower price that they can have in Ontario
