Hi,

I ordered a new home internet plan and it said modem included, However, I see an invoice of $50.59 for a modem under my account. Need more clarifications please

    Hi @EliasI

    The price for the internet seems to be $44 plus tax. You will be invoiced at the time of subscription, and the billing cycle will start on the day you receive the modem. For example, if you subscribe today and the modem is installed on August 4th, your next payment will be due on September 4th.

    Good to know: Your first monthly payment will be charged to your credit card when you subscribe. Your monthly payment cycle, on the other hand, will begin with the activation of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem.
