    Hello there,
    Just thinking about changing my ISP.
    Got a couple of questions if you don't mind:
    1. Are you re-selling or rebranding Videotron services over cable?
    2. Is the public IP your modem receives static or dynamic?
    3. If I reboot the modem will I get a new public IP or the same public IP will be assigned forever?

      Hello.

      Fizz has it's own brand and operates on the Videotron infrastructure for its main coverage and has partner networks when outside the main coverage area.

      It's a dynamic IP.

      If you reboot your modem you will probably get the same IP but your IP can change at any time.

      1. Fizz is reselling Videotron Cable Service
      2. The IP is dynamically assigned with a long lease
      3. If you reboot the modem at 99% of the case, you will get the same IP
