Not able to change my plan

I would like to change my plan for next month, but i can’t because i have this message : "No change can be made until 2024-08-03, come back after that day. Can I know how can I change my plan ?

Hello,
You where doing everything the right way, is just that the policy in place is not allowing you to continue with your desired change. Come back at the indicated date.

Your plan cannot be changed when you are within 108 hours of your payment date.
