    It's difficult to pick one.

My top would be BB King, Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Billie Holiday, John Lee Hooker, Janis Joplin, Albert King, Buddy Guy, Jimi Hendrix, Elmore James, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, in no particular order.

Some are better known for playing musical instruments but all the above were amazing blues singers.

I'm sure that I am forgetting a few other greats but the above list is a good starting point.

Quote from Buddy Guy "You won't become rich playing the blues, but you'll always have work".

For the song it would be "The Thrill is Gone" by BB King.

But again there are so many great blues songs that it's difficult to pick just one.
