Can I choose which Sim to tether from to my iPad?

I purchased a fizz SIM card hoping to use it for my iPad, I think the only option is to tether from my phone. But is there a way to choose which network my iPad pulls data from when I’m tethering ?

you would need to set up the phone to select which sim to use for data and which one for text and calls. then when you hotspot, it should be using the data sim

If you have a sim card slot on your iPad, you should be able to use data just by inserting the sim card in your iPad.
Before using the SIM card for the iPad, you should activate the SIM card using the desired plan. If you think of using the sim card only for iPad, you may choose only the data plan excluding Text+Minutes+voicemail+international calls

If your iPad only supports eSIM you will not be able to use Fizz as they do not currently offer eSIMs.

As for deciding which SIM to pull data on your phone, you can go to (Settings > Cellular > Choose which SIM to use)

Yes, you can chose it when you are doing the pairing.
