The disney channel has audio description by default.

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that Disney Channel has audio description enabled by default, and there doesn't seem to be a way to disable it. Thanks!

    There are two ways to enable described video: 

    From in-player controls while watching a program, select the described video icon or banner to toggle described video on or off.  

    Alternatively, described video can be enabled or disabled from the Settings page of the Fizz TV app.

    Can I suggest to try to signal directly from the application Settings > Help > Customer Service Team in this way you will give the opportunity to the support to check the configuration too
