I changed phone plan from Fizz to another provider. My modem got disconnected, I want to keep internet at home. How do I reactivate my modem?

Did you cancel your Internet plan?
If you cancelled you need to contact support and tell them that you want to resubscribe and already have their modem.
If you didn't cancel you need to contact support and ask them to check the connection status of your modem.
