How to check point status and activities?

Hello,

I know that I can check my current points and how many points left to reach the next level on the left side under My Benefizz, but is there a way that I can see when and how many points I earned and it comes from which activies? (for example, I spend $20 for my monthly plan on July 1st, therefore I should get 200 new pts, I'd like to know if there's a place which I can check and it says oh hey you get 200pts on July 1st since you paid your monthly plan etc,.)

    There is no way to see individual transactions that give you points. you would have to kind of know what your previous amount was and see how that changes. in your account on the left panel it does show your points progress as mentioned by the first part of your question.

    History of each transactions with points achieved on each of them? For now that is impossible.

    Like you said, you can see your current level and the points left for the next level to know your total points.

    I also wished we had that instead of manually calculate everything...

    You can check your total points from the panel where you have your plan https://zone.fizz.ca/,(you already know about it) you cannot check from which activity you got them

    Right now there is no way to check your points history. You can sort of see what points you've accumulated in the forum. But for dollars that you've spent.... no.

    there is no option to check the points transaction. But to earn points you may follow the following tips,

    • 10 points for each $ paid on your monthly plan.

    • 3 points every time you gift data from your mobile plan:

    • close to 3 points for each $ spent at the Fizz mobile shop here:

    • 200 points for each confirmed referral:


    Participate in the community, you will receive the following:

    • 3 points for replying to a question

    • 50 points for getting the first Best answer

    • 50 points for each month that you are active

    You will also receive points for earning various badges.
