Not very consistent bandwith , what is the reason ?

Too many customers ? not enough hard drives dealing with the overload ?

The speed is way up there and also way down there to sometimes no bandwidth at all .Why?

Or is it that i am using a hotspot to connect to my internet ?

    this happen to me also with other providers

    Depends from the network congestion
