Question about incoming and outgoing call with minimum plan. Which one we have to pay?

    You need to pay for both, and you will pay by minutes a call of 5 seconds it will billed as 1 minute

    Also voicemail is considered as incoming call, you will have to pay that too.

    As far as I have heard from other users, you are not billed if you do not pick up.

    You will be billed if you make or receive a call.

    However, if you have voicemail included in your plan it will meter how long that message takes to record.

    You are billed by the minute so if you accept a call that lasts for 10 seconds you will be billed for a minute which is $0.25

    Minimum plan $7 is for the phone line only.

    • You get 250mb free data for Quebec only (in my upgrades)
    • Incoming text message is always free
    • You need to have money in your wallet for using other services: making/receiving calls and sending sms.
    • if you have money in your wallet, you need to pay $0.25/min for making and receiving calls, $0.05 for each outgoing text message
    • if you have money in your wallet and you turn on data, then you will be charged for roaming data if you are outside Quebec/Ottawa.
