PPower and cable connections are re tested and ok. Access was working until yesterday night. Anybody with the same problem out there? Did my router died? Even if I have green and blue lights on? Or is this a Fizz network issue?

if the modem is one correctly with the light with the symbol @ on

It can be a dns problem, are you using different configuration for the dns?

Can you try again to turn off the modem for 2 minutes, turn off the device that you are using, turn on the modem, wait 5 minutes and turn on your device to see if this helps

    Hi @cmelloni

Depend on the zone where do you leave.

Is the modem on? What light are on and off?

If there is a power outage near your house probably this affect your internet too

IIt worked. It seems one of the DNS servers were down. I returned to the default ISP DNS and everything is back to normal

Unfortunately, Videotron (and Fizz it seems) has had problems with their DNS servers in the past at more than one occasion. You can use other free DNS providers such as Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8.).
