When I tried to gift you data it said that you do not have a mobile data plan. According to What is data gifting and how does it work?

we cannot send a data gift to:

• People who are not Fizz members
• Fizz members with no data plan
• Fizz members who have designated themselves incognito

Have you designated yourself Incognito? If so, need to change privacy settings.
