Hello, I was just curious if Fizz TV will be available to view on PC. Either via a web browser or through an app on the Microsoft Store.

I haven't heard that there are plans to develop an application for PC Fizz TV is a project in beta testing, you need to follow its development to know what new features are coming

You can try using an Android emulator on your PC to run the Fizz TV app.

I'm looking around and it doesn't seem like you'll have much luck with using cable services on your PC.

Almost all of them require you to either have a compatible TV or the mobile app.

You could use an emulator but that has its own can of worms.

    Reviving an old thread…

I did some tests with BlueStacks, but to no avail. The application Fizz TV does launch, but the live TV streams are denied.

My guess is that, since BlueStacks cannot emulate the fizz network (could only pick Rogers from the list) and Fizz TV does specify that one needs to be on Fizz network to access live TV… this approach would not work, or at least not out of the box.

Maybe there is a way to make BlueStacks recognize your local WIFI as is an not emulate a carrier? I did not spend enough time (before a Montreal hockey game) on the topic to figure that one out. :)

This is a deal breaker, specially for those of us trying to get rid of all the spyware from the US

I am trailing this right now but if I cannot run it from my Linux desktop, I will cancel at the end of the month

As always, the high seas provide a better experience than ANY paid service

Not possible now with Linux or Windows.

It's impossible unless you have an Android emulator.

I don't have a Fizz TV plan. Several Android apps work well with an Android emulator (sound and video)
