add-on is for this month or next month？

im traveling to US next month, when is the right time to buy add-on？thank you for replying.

    Hi,

    Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.

    In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days.

    You may find it a much better deal to change your plan to the Canada/USA plan. It only adds 4.00 a month and extends your current plan into the USA with no extra charges or roaming fees.

    thank you for replying, I will change my plan to Canada-US while still have time to do so.

    Keep in mind that the change in plan will be effective for the next billing cycle. Also you must be more than 5 days away from your payment date to be able to change your plan.

    That's different. Plan change are effective starting next billing cycle. By add ons, we mean the travel data.

    If you're still in the provinces outside of Quebec it will be okay to change your coverage because those regions are still in the intro pricing period.

    Keep in mind that when you change your coverage you will also change your plan which means any grandfathered/intro prices you locked in won't be given back to you.
