Hi, I recently signed up for fizz and noticed that my poco m6pro doesn't work on fizz. I checked frequency on www.kimovil.com and it seems compatible. I'd appreciate it if anyone could share some solution?

Double checked and your phone should work with Fizz

    3G (supports HSPA 850 and 1700/2100)

    4G (supports band 4) and 13/17/66

If you're able to manually edit APN settings you can try that here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn#2

After that try rebooting and/or turning on airplane mode for 30 seconds or more then turning it off and trying again.

    Hi @w5888

Your phone is not VoLTE certified therefore you will not be able to use in the USA for calls

For the data here the guide https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

I have a Poco X3 Pro and by default the VoLTE setting was off and hidden/not displayed in the SIM card settings.
To unhide the VoLTE setting I needed to use the phone dialer to enter *#*#86583#*#*
then I could go into the SIM card settings to enable VoLTE.
(Google "Xiaomi 86583" for confirmation of this.)
Despite my phone not being VoLTE certified on Fizz, it definitely uses VoLTE for calls on Fizz, Fizz-EXT, and roaming on T-Mobile in the US. (although that could change at any time, as happened to me on Public Mobile.)
