Customer support chat is full of requests, you might have to wait a few hours for them to reach you.
In the meantime can you provide your phone model?
Fizz has their own list of compatible devices they certify that work here:
But even if it isn't on that list they state:
Android > The majority of Android phones sold in North America in the last five (5) years are compatible with Fizz. But once the 3G network disappears, only phones that are certified VoLTE with Fizz will work.

If your phone is not on our official list:
Don't panic! If your phone is not on the list of VoLTE certified phones at the bottom of this page, don't panic! For now, you can continue to use your mobile plan, but you will eventually have to change your phone.

phone doesnt matter. you can just plug the sim card into another phone and it'll work. incompatible just means you wont be able to use volte but other services will still be available in canada. issue is more severe if you go to the us as they only have volte.
