Unable to apply my new 2$ bonus to my internet plan
Hi,
I had a total of 5$ bonuses on my plan:
Slot 1: 2$
Slot 2: 2$
Slot 3: 1$
As I reached level 6, I reeived a new 2$ bonus that I would like to add to the 3rd slot.
When I apply it, it does not work.
I attempted to remove the 1$ bonus in slot 3, in order to be able to apply the 2$ one to the empty slot, but apparently, it woud take 25 more days before the 1$ bonus is removed.
How do I even open a ticket to have someone look into it?

You can do it on your next bill cycle and remove the $1 and replace it with the $2, hope it helped you 🙂

Hello, like mentionned, you cannot do the changes until your next billing cycle.

I think there is suppose to be a swap option that lets you switch the current bonus with another. If you remove the $1 then you need to wait another month afterwards to apply the $2

Ok. for my account when I click another bonus and apply, one of the slots I currently have something will shake. Then I click it and the remove option changed to swap.

As it was mentioned above, you should swap the current bonus with the new one. Unfortunately it's too late. You should wait for the new billing cycle to start for 1$ removal and after that you can apply 2$ which will be effective starting with the next billing cycle. Technically you are losing 2 months 🥲.

You need to wait until the new billing cycle will start. After that you can apply the bonus.

I wish I knew how to swap it before I removed the 1$ from the slot 3. I am indeed losing 2 months.

Swap would have been the best option, I have recently done swap of rewards after upgrading to Level 4.
