No response since July 2nd

Our plan expires tomorrow and we wanted to downgrade our son's phone plan to $15.
We messaged on July 2nd and yesterday but still no response. We tried to change the plan and even though it says the plan can't be changed until today, July 4th, it's giving an error message.

Please help. Your technical chat link hasn't worked for months and the person on messenger is referring us back here.

    Messaging Fizz for a change of plan will lead you nowhere.

    To change a plan, the only way to do it is yourself via your account.

    My plans —> (Mobile) Manage my plan —> Change my plan

    Try today (July 5th). Any change will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle (August).

    The chat is available 24/7. (Really) I will continue this discussion in the next post.

    To reach the chat, if the question mark at the bottom right of the page doesn't appear immediately, while being logged into your account:

    Disable any VPN or ad-blocker;

    Click "Help";

    Type any subject like "APN" for example;

    Click on the first result;

    The question mark in a bubble will appear at the bottom right side of the page (scroll down);

    Click on it and chose chat;

    Type "Agent", "Agent", "Agent"… until you bypass the AI chat bot.

    The only time that question mark bubble disappears is during peak periods when the queue gets too long.

    But it's open 24/7 so no point in waiting hours; try later.
