Today a Whizz wrote that everyone living in Quebec with a Fizz internet connection can subscribe to it
Go under your account → My Plan → Add TV service
The billing cycle at the moment will be different, you will pay by month, therefore, if you subscribe today you will pay only for a couple of day, and the next month you will pay the full price
After subscribing, you should have access to a category in the forum for the support, probably you need to wait couples of hours to have access to this section.

The Fizz TV is in testing, the inscription are closed, however, you can try to leave a post here

The TV service is in open beta for QC and you need an existing Internet subscription.
If you meet those requirements you should probably clear cookies/cache or try another browser.
