Fizz network shows Fizz Ext

I've got 2 questions, first one is I'm in the Fizz area in North Saanich BC but still getting Fizz Ext, could I get kicked off the network? The other question is I'm using a ZTE Cymbal 2, could it be that it has trouble working on the Fizz network?

You should look on the coverage zone, if you stay in the pink area yes this is using partner network https://fizz.ca/en/coverage , but it seems that you are in the subscription area

Sometimes can take more than a week for the phone to recognize the fizz network in the new zone such as bc check this guide https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks
