When I try to add funds to my wallet (for the wallet badge), it says it’s not available in my area. I’m on the west coast.

Sorry at the moment the Fizz's wallet is only available for Quebec users

It could be because it's managed by a subcontractor, like the credit company that manages the financing of the phone purchases.
