I checked and your already find the solution

You are new and for couple of weeks your posts are tagged for moderation therefore there will be a delay from when you post and when it will be visible

The probation period lasts from a few days to over a week.

In my case it lasted 10 days.

You also won't be able to post pictures during the probation.
